Some fabulous items on offer this week, including one of my personal favs the Mini Treat Bag die! Will post a little project made with that shortly, just to show how simple and cute they are to make and give.
Hi all, been a few days since my last post, we are having Eid holidays currently, so we are out most days (as hubby is off work and we can get around as I am not allowed to drive in this country). However the Weekly Deals tick over today, and I know everyone loves a bargain!
In honour of the new season of Doctor Who, I made this fun card, because I could!
The simplicity of making those cute little bow ties with the Bow Builder punch made this so much fun to create. I have used a retired DSP, because I like to use up my stash, however you could use whichever papers you have on hand or even whip up a “one-sheet-wonder” out of some masculine stamps if you are feeling creative.
The Back to Basic Alphabet stamp set allows you to make up whatever greeting you want to, so a very versatile set. Those cute corners come from a punch in the new Holiday Catalogue, more about that later.
Until next time, have fun creating!
Upon my return home from Australia I had a little party to attend farewelling a friend. I whipped up this little thanks gift for the hostess in about 15min. The longest part of the whole process was choosing the colours! (Sometimes too much choice is a bad thing.)
I managed to stuff 5 chocolates into the package, so it’s surprisingly roomy.
The stamp was “stamped off”. And the thin gold thread made it very easy to tie off the bag and attach the tag to the ribbon. Apologies for the quality of the picture, as we actually purchased the chocolates on the way to the party so I actually assembled the bag and tied the ribbons in the car! Not bad if I do say so myself.
Have fun creating!
Hi all and welcome to my first blog post. I’ve started this blog to get more from my crafting by sharing with the wider world, participating in blog challenges, getting out of my comfort zone and creating for the fun of it! I hope that you will enjoy coming on this journey with me, be encouraged to try something new (or old) and have fun creating with me.
